Had a great time here on a saturday night, loads of screens showing football, rugby etc, £5 for a pint ( cheap for London) good bar snacks and excellent shuffle board. If you want music probably not for you.

Unfortunately started late due to lack of direction to the booth and we were extremely over charged for a round of drinks. We did get a refund and eventually an apology but nothing offered as good will. It wasn’t the only over charge that day another group was over charged for drinks and getting refunds. Staff lacking the ability to keep track of tabs and just getting customers in and out with no thought to creating good memories

We held our Christmas party at Pitch in Canary Wharf and couldn’t have been happier with the experience. The range of activities kept everyone entertained all night. The interactive golf, Mario Kart setup, and the casino area with a live croupier were huge hits. There was plenty of space to spread out for those who wanted a quieter vibe. The food and drink were plentiful, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious. Sophie and the entire team were fantastic to work with from start to finish: friendly, organised, and incredibly accommodating. We received so many compliments from our guests about both the venue and the overall night. It truly made our Christmas celebration memorable, and we’d highly recommend it for any event.

I recently hosted a private event at Pitch Canary Wharf and the experience was flawless from start to finish. Sophie and Aline supported the planning with real insight, drawing on their experience to guide the order and take care of the finer touches. They arranged everything from a casino roulette table and Mario Kart to a cloakroom, and they managed the venue with confidence throughout. They kept everything running smoothly, checked in on key details, and helped ensure that every guest had a brilliant time. The food was lovely, the DJ was brilliant and the golf was the main event, giving everyone something fun to get stuck into. The rest of the team were just as impressive, with Roger on the casino table, the security guard, Vanessa and all the staff providing friendly and attentive service. I have no hesitation organising another event there and recommending the place. Top class.

Firstly, the space provided did not meet the requirements we discussed for a dynamic team event. As venue managers and hosts, I had hoped for more guidance on the most suitable area for our needs. The stairs between levels proved challenging and contributed to the team feeling dispersed throughout the evening. Regarding the minimum spend, it seemed significantly miscalculated. We were advised to use the lower area, which already had a high minimum spend, and to include the golf simulator, our budget had to be increased to £4.2k. However, only £2.8k was actually used, despite full attendance. With a different event structure or more tailored advice, we could have budgeted more effectively and avoided unnecessary costs. We also sought creative suggestions from your team to make the event special—such as displaying our company logo on the TVs or other ideas to enhance the experience—but unfortunately, no support was offered. The only detail, a welcome drink of Prosecco, was suggested by us, and on the day, some glasses were only half-filled, lacked bubbles, and were placed in a corner of the bar, making them hard to find. Additionally, we were unable to use the TVs as staff informed us last minute that they were newly installed and not operational. In terms of event coordination, there was no consistent point of contact throughout the evening, as our main contact left at 7pm. Coordination with staff was minimal, taps stopped working on both floors at different times, and our team was asked to leave the games early, even though the venue was still open and we had budget remaining.
